Purpose: Confidently prioritize Product Development

Our Growth Model strategy builds your process in evaluating the VALUE of your developments. This gives you the tools to differentiate insights from noise and enables you to build a product that customers actually use AND pay for.

Each engagement will be setup as sprints. In every sprint we will run through one cycle.

Each cycle runs through our 5 focus areas:

  3. Customer validation: Motivation & context
  4. Team: Current activities and strengths & weaknesses
  5. Summarize Cycle feedback: Validate overlap & “under”lap of to derive at recommendations

After each sprint, the teams can update on progress & review focus areas for the next sprint.
